Returns & Refunds Policy​

To qualify for a return, items must be in their original packaging, including all accessories and tags. They should also be in the same condition as when you received them.

The customer has a 14-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Please note that after this period, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges. Ensure to initiate the return within this timeframe to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Once your order has been approved, please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. It is essential to use appropriate packing materials, such as bubble wrap or packing peanuts, to cushion the item effectively. Proper packaging will ensure a smooth delivery process.



Please ensure that the item is carefully packaged and shipped to the address specified in the return authorization email. This address is crucial for the successful return of the item, so double-check for accuracy, including the recipient's name, street address, city, state, and zip code. Additionally, make sure to include any relevant return authorization number or instructions provided in the email to facilitate a smooth return process. Once the item is shipped, it’s advisable to keep the tracking information for your records and to verify that the item has been received by the designated return center.

The customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning items, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
